Shipping policy
We use S.F. Express service for local delivery and Fuuffy for international shipment, order will be made after confirmation of order and will be delivered (subject to the latest status of the logistics company).

Delivery Charges and Terms and Conditions:
- Every order of HK$5000 or above after discounted purchase price could enjoy one complimentary local SF Express delivery service or international Fuuffy delivery service (single delivery location only).
- Each order can only be delivered to one address. For orders that delivery to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
- Local delivery service is only available to designated areas, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Some remote areas and Islands District are subject to additional charges or not available for delivery service. For more details, please contact S.F. Express.
- Internation delivery service is only available to designated areas, for more details, please contact Fuuffy.
Delivery Time
- The order will be confirmed in one business day after payment is completed. Once order is confirmed, it will be shipped in 3 business days by S.F. Express or Fuuffy.
- The actual delivery date and time depend on the actual situation. If you have any inquiries, please contact S.F. Express or Fuuffy.
- Delivery time may be adjusted according to the business hours of the logistics companies. For more information, please refer to the official website of the logistics companies.
Shipment Tracking
- We will notify you via email when your order has been shipped, including the order tracking number. Customers can track the status of their shipment through the logistics tracking number on the S.F. Express or Fuuffy website.
